Slapstick superhero humor by Larry Blake and others. Some of the sections were originally written in the '70s.
Some lettering by Tim Corrigan. Inks for one chapter are credited to "Gibeaut"(?). Steve Keeter lists Tom Ahearn among the contributors but I'm unsure what he may have done in this one.
