The new site is finally up and running! There are probably a few tweaks that still need to be made and a few how-to articles yet to be added but I hope you like what you see. Please take a few minutes to look around the site and check everything out, especially the forums (a vast improvement over the old ones), the new mini-comics/fanzine database and the Community area.
If you have any questions or encounter any technical difficulties please let me know.
Lastly, I want to thank Derik Badman, Richard Krauss, Blake Werts, Dan Taylor and Justin Giampaoli for their invaluable help in getting the new site going. Thanks, guys!

Also, please feel free to re-upload any images you'd added to the old site. I have copies of all of them so if you need me to send them to you I can do that as well.
I also have copies of all profile text so if you don't want to recreate that info I'd be happy to send you text you can copy and paste into your new profile.

Hi guys, my name is Jason and I'm a collector/dealer from Virginia. I wanted to join because I have tons of minis that I would like to archive, and this place seems like the spot to do it!

Just hooked up with this site today. Kind of stumbled upon it when Googling some zines from Xerography Debt #30
Long introduction short: My name is A.P. Fuchs and I've been actively producing material for a number of years, mostly books, but over the past year and a bit I've gotten back to my comic roots and have begun a regular ongoing independent superhero saga, Axiom-man, and a semi-quarterly autobio comix zine called Canister X Comix. Three issues of each have been produced thus far, with more in production.
I also run two publishing companies, Coscom Entertainment and Torn Veil Books, and have been independent in publishing pretty much since Day one except I do sell short stories here and there just for fun.
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know the folks on this board.

Oh, so glad I found this place. I'm going to link it as a resource to my online shop. But in the meantime:
Name's Katrina, been doing zines, small publication and minicomics since 1989 or so. Been published at least once the regular way, too. (Maybe twice. I genuinely don't keep up.) I choose to self-publish and always have chosen to self-publish because I wanna. Funny how the world works that way, what with self-publishing being the rage and all.
None of my stuff has survived over the years - tornadoes, things like that you know. And I went to straight webcomics for a while. But one of my latest projects just... needs to be a mini-comic. And that's what I'm doing. Since I started it up and got the first issue printed, I've been doing searches once in a while looking for distributors, etc. Haven't found anything really that I like or would answer an email from me (heh) so ended up turning my own online shop into a mini-comic shop with a hopeful minicomic exchange - being as the other one is defunct and I am saddened by that. And now here I am.
The sad part here is I won't be able to visit often. I rarely do social forums. But.. hellow anyway. Gonna go link this place now.

I just joined. I did Flexia Bast, Captain Saucer, InterStellar OverDrive, and Fanboy (the one that was a funny appliance) back in the '80s. I recently did a webcomic called Sci Fi Guy! I wouldn't mind reviving some of this stuff....
I'm now work as an Electronic Technician for the United States Postal Service.
Do xeroxed digests count as minicomics? Because that's mostly what I did.

Hey, Doug, welcome! Be sure to also check out the Facebook group as that's where most of the action happens these days.
Oh, and yeah, at some point all of the formats took on the single term of "mini-comics". It simplified and complicated things all at the same time...
